How do I access and manage my money without paying fees?

Retail Locations

  • Unlimited Free transactions when you use your card at merchants across the U.S.
  • Unlimited Free cash back with a purchase at supermarkets and other stores

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)

  • Free cash withdrawals at Chase and AllPoint ATMs
  • No Surcharges at Chase and AllPoint ATMs

  • View and download monthly statements for Free
  • Paper statement mailed to you for Free

What are the Fees for Using Your Card?

At Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)

Cash Withdrawal (Daily limit $800.00)

  • FREE - at Chase and Allpoint ATMs
  • 1 free per deposit at non-Chase or non-Allpoint ATMs, then $1.25 each

Balance Inquiry

  • FREE - at Chase and Allpoint ATMs
  • 1 free per deposit at non-Chase or non-Allpoint ATMs, then $0.50 each


  • FREE - Teller-assisted Cash Withdrawal at Chase and other bank branches that accept Visa


  • Calls to Chase Customer service – 8 free calls per month, then $0.25 each
  • Card Replacement ( standard) - 1 free per year, then $5.00 each
  • Card Replacement (expedited) - $15.00 per card
  • Inactive Account (after 365 days without use) - $1.50 per deposit
  • International Transaction - 3% of transaction
